Microsoft Movie Maker

 

Microsoft Movie Maker is a free movie editing program that you can get for your Windows system if you have Windows XP or higher.

 

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx - is where you can find it to download for your system. It allows you to edit video files for webcast/vodcasts.
